As the Project & Admin Support for Purchasing, you will be supporting the internal and external engagement which includes:


Administrative support for EcoDesign & Sustainability reporting

  • Publishing of reporting template to suppliers during reporting window (Q3 & Q4)

  • Issuance of supplier reminders

  • Point of contact for supplier inquiries (From Supplier to L’Oreal)

  • Point of contact for report clarification (From L’Oreal to Supplier)

  • Consolidation of reports into standard PowerPoint or Excel documents


Administrative support for Service Agreement closure
  • Drafting of initial service agreement draft based on the available standard template and information provided by the sourcing buyer

  • Issuance of draft service agreement to internal and external stakeholders to obtain alignment

  • Point of contact for service agreement clarifications

  • Tracking and follow up until service agreement sign-off


Purchasing Project Support
  • Consolidation of supplier quotations/proposals into standard PowerPoint or Excel documents

  • Point of contact for quotations/proposals clarification (From L’Oreal to Supplier  or vice versa)

  • Issuance and consolidation of RFQ (request-for-quotation) for selected spot buy projects


Compliance Support
  • Collating and submission of compliance documents (i.e: ECL, RPCDC, etc.) for identified compliance gaps
