We are looking for a Store Manager to lead and to drive the team to achieve counter business objectives.
- Able to demonstrate expert product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques;
- Lead by example to drive your team to deliver outstanding customer service;
- Monitor POS customer service level at brand standard and erive action plans with team for improvements;
- Keep track on Retail KPIs and prevailing market information and Identify business strengths, opportunities at counter and coordinate with retail and training team for actions to maximize selling opportunity;
- Could generate sales to achieve individual sales target by applying outstanding service. Maximize selling opportunity by link selling;
- Managing daily, weekly, monthly operations at point of sales (POS) activities: POS and, Individual Sales Goal Setting, Follow brand CRM procedures customers, POS system (e.g. MARS) operations, Inventory (stock & tester) management , Security and cash procedures";
- Drive the counter quality comply with merchandising guidelines;
- Recruit, motivate, coach and develop team members.
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Experience with retail marketing team leading;
- Previous experience on similar position (retail shop management) is an advantage;
- Good English;
- Good knowledge of Excel.
