·        Execute administrative processes such as hire/resignations/contractual modifications

·        Communication with employees on diverse aspects related to work legislation and their payroll

·        Different reports requested by our authorities or by our colleagues

·        Internal employees database permanent update


·        MyLearning platform (on-line trainings) animation

·        Organize memorable training experiences for participants and trainings follow-up

·        Induction of new comers in L’Oreal on trainings paths

·        Follow-up must haves trainings

·        Charts update

·        Organization of different events for employees

·        Suppliers contact and budgets follow-up

·        Labor protection and occupational medicine

·        GDPR compliance with suppliers


  •        1-3 years previous experience in payroll and HR administration
  •        Detail oriented person with excellent abilities to work with numbers
  •        Structured and organized individual
  •        Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •      Entrepreneurial mindset
  •      Open-minded
