You will be responsible for developing L’Oréal Professionnel brand on the Romanian market. Based on your deep understanding of the market and your brand, you will be responsible to propose and implement innovative strategies to drive commercial performance and to improve brand positioning.


·        Implement new product launches; adapt international strategy and positioning of the new products to the local context;

·        Conceive the action plan and the promotional plan;

·        Manage the marketing budget;

·        Develop and implement retention and conquest programs for salons and hairdressers;

·        Analyze the market and trends;

·        Create new animations for existing products on the market according to their seasonality and objectives;

·        Make sales forecasts;

·        Interact effectively with other departments (sales, supply chain, education, etc)



• Graduate in marketing or communication
• Minimum 1 year marketing experience (brand management)
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal both in Romanian and English
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience in a fast paced environment
• Excellent use of Excel and PowerPoint
