Key job accountabilities:


To assist the Online/ Digital and Ecommerce Manager implement the Digital Development and strategy for their relevant department, assist in maximizing the integration of digital into our practices, assist in identifying and enhancing business development opportunities. Ensure marketing, communication and commercial converge towards developing the consumer experience, satisfaction and loyalty.


o    Create reports on our competition and the market on a regular basis.

o    Coordinate all Social media management: Create, develop, and manage communities.

o    Create Social Media Calendars alongside the Digital Manager

o    Customer data, relationship and service management

o    Coordinate Reports and Presentation, and the data there of

o    Write call reports post meetings and share with the teams

o     Assist with the Testing, snagging and quality control on all projects

o    Prepare  and Chase of PO numbers, and supply to account departments for billing

o    Assist in coordinating all online marketing activities  for the brands

o    Assist with CRM administration

o    Assist with PR administration

o    Continuously assess performance of online systems and highlight and motivate reengineering with the aim of optimizing performance and reducing costs

o    Coordinate so that all departments working collectively to ensure the project is delivered on time

o    Create regular reports for Online Retailer Commerce and assist in Coordinating Retailer Activities with the relevant stakeholders.

Education, Knowledge & Experience


  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Min 1-2 years  Digital Marketing experience
  • 3 year Diploma/Degree in Marketing / PR / IT
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • MS Outlook, Word and Excel (Advanced)

o    Knowledge of : WordPress, Facebook Applications, Database Management, Coral Draw, Photoshop, , Ecommerce Solutions, Mailchimp.
