The Head of Advocacy and Engagement will be responsible for strategizing and implementing a dynamic Advocacy and Social vision to drive performance across PPD brands and multi-brand topics. Harmonizing across external and internal channels, this role will be responsible for pioneering breakthrough Advocacy and Social activations across earned, paid and owned, and leading on all KPI reporting as well as digital/social tools.
The Head of Advocacy & Engagement will be a function leader across Advocacy and Social profiles within the PPD team, ensuring that collectively all brands are delivering results as well as optimising tools and CDMO capabilities. They will be the lead for all multi-brand Advocacy, Social and Content activations across E-Commerce, PPD B2B platforms and brand-agnostic topics including Sustainability and DEI. The person in this role will strategize and oversee the content for the multi-brand B2B and B2C paid media strategy.
The Head of Advocacy & Engagement will be responsible for strategizing the divisional upskilling across Advocacy and Social and overseeing the execution of all educational content and programmes as well as strategizing the future vision of topics such as Community Management and other future solutions for scaling Advocacy.
The Head of Advocacy & Engagement will be the go-to person for consulting across all brand and divisional Advocacy and Social activations and work closely with the CDMO to seize all opportunities for new pilots and tools.
