A global brand with a history of innovation and ambition. Here at L’Oréal, we’ve made it our quest to deliver beauty for all. It’s an aim that has seen us expand into over 130 countries and to develop operations across every retail distribution channel too. And we can honestly say that our careers are just as diverse as our business. After all, at L’Oréal, nothing is impossible.

The L'Oréal Luxury Division is home to world renowned brands Lancôme,
Clarisonic, Yves Saint Laurent, Urban Decay, Kiehl’s and a wide collection of fragrance brands. We have launched new brands in the UK in the past 12 months such a IT cosmetics, House of 99 and Proenza Schouler and we are currently recruiting for a Demand Planner in the division.

The Role

part of the Supply Chain Planning function, this is an exciting role close to the heart of the division and working across key stakeholder functions. There is the opportunity for exposure to every step of the business plan as you work with brand partners to build a consensus forecast.

You Will:

Develop the sales forecast and ensure its quality.
Manage the global monthly sales forecast process and build the baseline forecast.
Challenge and consolidate the promotional and launch sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams.
Ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history.
Participate to the improvement of the sales forecast practices.
Be responsible for the catalog management and contribute to its rationalisation.

Entrepreneurial. Every single day, you spot opportunities to shake things
up and change the world for the better.
Super creative. There’s no blueprint for the future. You’ll have to design it.
Adventurous. LLD is for pioneers. So you’ll embrace challenges and change with fire in your belly and a great big smile on your face.
Only human. You’ll screw up sometimes but you have no fear of failure because you’re smart enough to learn from mistakes.
Ambitious. You crave success and we’ll support you all the way.
That way, we all win.
Respectful. Whether you’re talking to our CEO or a salon owner round
the block, you treat everyone the same.
One of the gang. Even if you’re Superman or Wonder Woman, you recognize that teams are the real heroes. And so do we.
Responsible. You’ll treat our customers, our consumers and our money
as if they’re your own. Because they are.
Open. To new ways of doing things. To other people’s (sometimes crazy) ideas.
You. You’re real. And you’re true to yourself. We cherish and celebrate diversity so you’ll feel right at home whoever you are.
