Consumer Products Division

The Consumer Products Division’s mission is universal: to offer the best in cosmetics innovation to the greatest number of people on every continent. Its brands are available in all mass-market channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, drugstores and traditional stores). The division is the spearhead of the group’s quest to win over a further billion consumers.


• Develop & manage Brand Influencer Marketing strategy & activities for Hair and Colour categories
• Create and manage the brand content calendar for Hair and Colour categories
• Develop action plans to grow our followers, engage and retain them:
• Manage product mail outs on request
• Management of influencer database
• Management of relationships with Influencers and/or their agents
• Manage and create social content for brand coverage, paid and organic
• Share and feed regular social/digital trends with the teams (content, formats, influencers, etc)
• Analyse and report on campaign performance, habits and behaviour of visitors
• Provide input to sign off of brand digital assets
• Understand ROI and effectiveness of product spend and activity and manage social budget
• Ongoing briefing to the customer care team of launches and everyday business

• Manage the shared and owned Share of Voice Tracker
