Visual Merchandising Manager – Lancôme – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

What are key highlights of this role?


To drive efficient implementation of merchandising initiatives in all retailer groups. Professional communication is essential and your focus will be ensuring the Lancôme brand’s luxury identity is consistently reinforced through quality execution, attention to detail and creativity across all Lancôme counters and in-store promotional activities. It is a key role reporting to the Brand Marketing Activation Manager and working closely with internal and external teams.

Accountabilities:

  • Define & create the brand retail and merchandising image/experience
  • Manage all Lancôme launches & promotions, ensuring timely deliveries, within budget and to a luxury standard

  • Provide a 360 approach to launches considering all customer touch points within the path to purchase to build customer centric retail concepts
  • Adapt retail concepts according to the distribution channel and/or customer profile
  • Follow technical and legal compliance for production
  • Ensure high quality standards for all PLVs and sites
  • Manage each animation within timelines and budget

ACT AS A BUSINESS DRIVER

  • Guaranties the ROI of POS in line with business objectives
  • Negotiate with retailers for staging and implementations
  • Monitor POS performance and drive it according to local strategy
