Warehouse Team Manager – Trafford Park
As the Warehouse Team Manager running the PM shift you will report into the Order Preparation Manager acting as the operational lead for the team. Through strong leadership you will motivate and guide a team of approx. 40 -60 colleagues made up of two Team leaders, Administrators and Warehouse Operatives and support other departments to ensure the smooth flows and order preparation processes are maintained. You will be driven by the challenge of partnering with the supporting departments to help achieve the business agenda and deliver the best possible employee experience.
You must be self-driven and results orientated, have a logical approach and possess strong communication skills. The successful individual must already show a proactive and flexible approach and be able to quickly build strong relationships with internal managers and employees and be the first point of contact for all team and operational related queries. You will be able to think on your feet, be solutions focused and results driven whilst also balancing long term thinking with delivering everyday operational excellence.
