DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set a yearly BTL calendar in alignment with new marketing launches calendar across the assigned categories & brands.
Manage the yearly BTL budget’s phasing and allocation.
Overlook the production of POSM and ensure on time delivery and dispatch to the country in time for the launch.
Monitor the of POSM implementation in the market in line with the launch and communication guidelines.
Assess ROI on our trade spend through analysis.
Consolidate merchandising needs from all markets and define their universe.
Ensure the implementation of merchandising & POS materials to answer the local marketing plans needs.
Monitor & Report Listing & Distribution file to ensure distribution of new launches and pillar products.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Min 5 years of experience in FMCG
Bachelor/ Master degree
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Understands & Integrates Market & Category ‘specificities of Makeup.
Understands customer path & shopper experience’s rules.
Delivers operational implementation with excellence.
Adapts the retail concept according to the distribution channel or
Cooperates with 360° internal & external stakeholders to guarantee consistent retail experience.
Act as business Driver.
Guaranties the ROI of POS in line with business objectives.
Monitors POS performance and drives it according to local strategy.
