General Description:
In charge of driving the online business and growth of the division
  • In charge of the online sales target of the division 
  • Negotiate and align business plans with online clients
  • Be an expert of ecommerce both internally and externally 
  • Effectively plan and monitor business performance 
  • Manage the daily mid term and long term interface between the client and L’Oreal

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Develops specific commercial campaigns for E-Retail partners (e.g. newsletters, promotions…), based on activation plan defined by Project Brand Manager and each E-Retailer’s needs 
  • Creates content for e-retailers: product descriptions, banners…, based on DMI input 
  • Enhances performance, traffic and conversion on e-retailers websites 
  • Develops with e-retailers best tailored brand activity activation plan (newsletters…) 
  • Ensures brand execution on E-retailers websites 
  • Pilots E-Retail budget 
  • Produces adapted reporting 
  • Team collaboration: 
  • Participates in induction of new hires
  • Collaborate with digital marketing to leverage media and social investment to gain visibility and drive sales 
  • Tribe: 
  • Shares experience and best practices with Tribe members (CDO, and other E-Retail Brand Managers) 
  • Define Ecommerce Dashboard with clear KPIs qualitative (Sell in, Sell Out, and quantitive (anticipation of opportunities, quality of relationship with customers, quality of brand visibility)

Knowledge and Experience: 
  • Brand vision and understanding associated with good product sensitivity 
  • Strong digital mindset 
  • Experience in E-Commerce 
  • Strong customer and consumer journey understanding 
  • Synthesis capacity, in order to share information
