GENERAL DESCRIPTION To support the brand strategy by driving sales growth within my scope of retailers



Permanent    Temporary    Intern


- Lead and drive the responsible doors team to achieve retail target by delivering outstanding customer service

-Secures forecasts with retailers + roll out and to drive sell-in new launch/opening orders

- Make sure 100% stock on top sellers and novelties at any time, monitor optimal assortment/stock by door

-Daily follow-up on orders and expected delivery with customer care

-Monitor daily sales KPI’s  by door, plan action where needed

- Coordinate with retailers and marketing (PR / Digital) and Training on activations and events

- Business analysis: React on business opportunities (top 10 doors + incl. new doors) and drive for actions to maximize selling/sellout opportunity

- Consolidate customer’s responses, insights and feedback to brand team members. Initiate actions to drive sales

- Guarantee brand image by monitoring each door's quality and merchandising. Suggest any improvements needed to Retail Design team or Marketing

 - Worked very closely over the years with the retailers to drive the business using building good relationships and using my experience to accelerate the improvement in the field

-Developed a strong understanding of the ME market and consumer, especially UAE

-Hands on approach to my business has helped me quickly identify how different activations/animations/launches/events etc play on the outcome and how to improve on them each time
