JOB CONTENT


The candidate will be in charge of  the digital strategies for owned platforms, being the country lead for all digital tools and the consumer care specialist


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 

You will be in charge of implementing the right startegies, tools & services to ensure further digital and eCommerce acceleration

          review and report monthly performance of brand owned platforms (social, website)

          monitor, respond and report consumer queries on social, websites and phone

          set up digital tools to optimize performance, organize trainings and report on adoption and engagement

          track eMerchandizing on partner websites and set up right tools & services for a better consumer experience

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, FUNCTIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE


Education/ Qualification

No of years experience: 2/3 years

Essential experience : digital marketing and consumer care

Preferred experience : social media

 

Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge

- Strong project management knowledge and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Solid analytical skills and detailed-oriented

- Pro-active, entrepreneurial individual with a constant drive for results

- Understanding and passion for digital landscape, trends, tools & technology innovation

- Focusing on consumer expectations and satisfaction
