Job Accountabilities: 




  • Tailor the Global Digital strategy to the local characteristics for the brand.

  • Constantly improve the SM strategy of the brand and ensure leverage of the latest trends and technical updates to create maximum awareness

  • Leverage platforms of retailers, malls and any other relevant partner to secure visibility of the brand on all social channels

  • Ensure strong e-com and store drive through social media

  • Maximize content from DMI and create exciting relevant and unique local content for local Social Media platform

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the company (marketing, communication and sales), digital ecosystem and media partners.

  • Monitor digital performance and consumer engagement.

  • Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunity and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities.

  • Create content calendar (directly and/or through agencies), in full liaison with brand team

  • Monitor, guide and advice external agency on day-to-day community management

  • Create a dialogue, develop, animate, and moderate those communities through innovative and relevant actions and content (partnerships, games, special events…)

  • Work closely with the marketing team and PR agency to identify strongest influencers, key social networks, blogs, relevant specific websites, contribute to the pool of innovative ideas of collaborations and events etc

  • Monitor closely the on-line reputation through all available tools, ensuring quality in the communication, anticipating risks and managing response in case of crisis

  • Consolidate audience feedbacks /demands to nourish product/service/brand experience development - Monitor progress and monthly KPI reporting

  • Update all digital content across all channels (website, social media, apps/ipad devices) liaising with internal and International teams, and external agencies

  • Report on a monthly basis any new digital and social media trends, competitor updates - Share results and best practices with International and within GCC (internal and external stakeholders, Luxe division etc)

  • Leverage Earned media through influencer’s strategies.

  • Oversee a strategic approach to the use of social media and provide relevant content for them in order to support digital marketing campaigns and the wider aims of the Brand.

  • Create content out of trade and PR activities, and maximize visibility across all channels

  • Manage budget




  • Keep on growing brand share of voice in the region

  • Contribute to implementing a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy

  • Contribute to the development of the communication plan

  • Maximize visibility of content created by all influencers (bloggers, press, makeup artists etc.)

  • Initiate and maintain relations with all the relevant media role players including new media and social networks.

  • Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, events….

  • Develop influence & media relations, including new media relations

  • Manage budget
