DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • -Support the Corporate Communication Director in developing the country corporate communication strategy in order to develop awareness, build and reinforce L’Oreal Group’s reputation over time.
  • Build and implement a 360° external & internal communication strategy in line with the business strategy and Group Communication strategy
  • Develop and execute a full calendar of communications activities
  • Contribute to supporting and advising the Country GM and Country senior management with regard to corporate communication topics: develop communication tools: Q&A, key messages ….
  • public speaking opportunities for country management committee
  • Support and advise the Country senior management with regard to corporate communication topics
  • Prepare spokespeople for interviews and advise for internal and external speeches
  • Initiate, develop and manage internal communication projects/operations
  • Organize internal communication events
  • Support Crisis and Issues Management
  • Monitor and map risks/ Prepare potential responses
  • Develop and implement local philanthropy projects
  • Implement international philanthropy projects in line with L’Oreal Foundation strategy
  • All” roadmap
  • Manage and consolidate reporting on all activities, including, internal, external, philanthropy, etc…
  • Manage and track the budget of the corporate communications department

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 

             6-8 years of experience in corporate communications & philanthropy. Agency and client  experience is a must

             Excellent Media relations with key titles in the GCC

             Government relations and working with authorities and NGOs

SKILLS AND ABILITIES     

             Managing 3rd party agencies (events and communications)

             Fluent in English and Arabic. French is optional

             Solid writing skills both English & Arabic

             Strong interpersonal skills
