Our teams within Corporate Services play a crucial role in supporting the business to deliver the Group’s strategic priorities such as Digital Transformation and our sustainability commitment Sharing Beauty with All. This area of our business provides expertise in Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, Digital, Communications, HR and Scientific & Regulatory Affairs.

About the Role

As a result of continued investment in our IT capability we have a permanent role for a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst.  In this newly created role, you will work across our entire business providing a proactive service resolving end user support requests. Receiving and taking ownership of support request, you will put your technical skills to work in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere as you assist in the development of the service delivery of out IT function. In addition, you will support the following technologies:


  • MS Windows 7 & 10
  • Office 2010, 2016 and Office 365
  • ISO devices
  • SCCM, Airwatch
  • Basic networking technologies
  • Bit Locker, Encryption technologies
  • Desktop Support (Office / Client Applications)

About You

You will be an established Level 2 Service Desk Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment. A strong net-worker, you will be able to establish credibility and buy in from internal and external stakeholders at all levels of our business. Service oriented and outcome focused you will be able easily collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. A strong technician you will be hands on and operational in your approach. Previous experience within the FMCG or retail industries will be highly sought.
