We are currently looking for a Market Director to be in charge of business development, category management and retail strategy for the Professional Product Division (PPD)  in Singapore. You will be the face of PPD SG to manage commercial brand and education in the local market. 

Job Description 

  • Defines strategic direction and roadmap of the Consumer Journey through all channels and turns insight into action in close collaboration with Brand, Commercial & Education
  • Defines Business Development and Salon Emotion strategy at country level, by type of clients and develops salon emotion within maximum distribution in alignment with commercial and brand vision
  • Deliver sales targets to salons in line with country strategy and division targets through the teams
  • Inspires and leads the internal and external community in the digital and social transformation of the division
  • Defines country vision by channel (growth, profit, image, penetration, loyalty, spending…), leveraging brand portfolio, based on Consumer & Customer & Business Drivers
  • Drive successful education strategies and operational excellence to optimise our interactions with stylists, to increase education reach and amplify its impact, turning our education into a strong business / growth driver and engagement/ advocacy driver
  • Uses Consumer Knowledge to guide multibrand promotional strategy to fit consumers / L’Oréal / Customers expectations and business requirements
  • Support country education team in academies (allocation, strategy) in a multi-brand approach and actively seek opportunities to scale-up for return on investment of education
  • Ensures consistent execution across brands


  • At least 10 years of experience in B2B / B2B2C sales 
  • Experienced in people management 
  • Agile, possess entrepreneur spirit and a go-getter
