Our Management Trainee Program

Your rotations may take you across our varied areas of business, including but not limited to: Digital, E-commerce, Sales, Category Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Finance. You’ll get hands-on experience of the inner workings of a successful, market-leading fast paced FMCG company, as you collaborate & learn from some of the most passionate, creative and intelligent people you’ll ever meet.

Some of our previous graduates are now launching new brands. Some of them are spearheading process improvement projects that will be implemented company-wide. Some of them have re-imagined the role of digital marketing for our brands. Some of them have project managed E-commerce portal launches. Some are high-flying expats scattered throughout the world.

The Sales/Commercial Management Trainee role will involve:

  • Rotations across our different divisions in both retail and account-specific sales.
  • Developing credible relationships with our accounts and delivering integrated strategies to help shape their growth plans.
  • Building commercial plans from conceptualisation to execution.
  • Assisting commercial arrangement negotiations for product launches and promotions.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop accurate stock and sell out forecasts.
  • Effectively driving education and sales with established client-base.
  • Proactively sourcing and securing new business opportunities.
  • Achieving monthly sales and growth targets.

About You

We are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial and innovative graduates to help us create the future of Beauty, commencing either July 2018 or Jan 2019. You will forge your own career path, going beyond what you thought was possible by reacting fast and taking risks.

We expect you to be degree qualified. You will need to have strong communication skills, ambition and be able to work well in a team. You will need to have leadership skills, but you will need to take direction as well. We’ll expect you to be able to hit the ground running, so you will ideally have some work or internship experience.

You must either be an Australian Permanent Resident or an Australian/NZ Citizen to apply. Students who do not have these working rights will not be considered.
