MANAGER, BUSINESS ANALYTICS

POSITION SUMMARY:  Provides Reporting and Analytics for Supply Chain Planning

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  Responsible for developing and maintaining business reporting for  Supply Chain Team that supports key business activities; demand forecasting; inventory management, SKU maintenance, E&O, etc.   Acts as a liaison between the business and IT to ensure applications and tools are functioning/enhanced to meet team’s needs.

  • Run Division Level Forecasts Monthly and review Sell-in and Sell-thru accuracy with Demand Planners
  • Support Harmonization and Preparation of Demand Planning Consensus documents
  • Develop and Maintain a Supply Chain Planning Dashboard
  • Review ABC Master Data for accuracy (monthly) and pass to IT for updating.
  • Manage and Liaise with IT on key application projects such as:  Logility, EIW, Passport, SAP, etc.
  • Provide Ad Hoc reporting as needed to senior management
  • Refresh MTD Tracking of accuracy for both Sales and Operations Forecasting 
  • Conducts training of Supply Chain and Brand teams on tools and reporting as needed
  • Respond to inquiries regarding Month end demand Pass to MSL/Operations (Logility to SAP)
  • Facilitate Operational Budget and Trend Submissions

Experience, Skills and Education

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of Reporting/Analytics experience

Experience working with cross-functional teams from individual user level to VP level leaderships

Skills

  • Excellent Excel Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Power Pivot
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Forecasting tool knowledge
  • ERP knowledge
  • VBA knowledge preferred

 Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field is required.
  • MBA preferred
