This position will be focused on continuous improvement and bringing efficiencies to our deduction functions to ensure achievement of A/R KPI’s.  Responsibilities include monitoring of A/R, support internal and external customer teams and provide leadership, direction and development to Deduction Resolution Analysts/Specialists.

Job Responsibilities:

1.  Manage deduction resolution functions, maintain an acceptable DDO

2. Manage a team of Deduction Resolution Analysts/Specialists and provide on-going feedback to include quarterly reviews

3.  Provide leadership in monthly account team meetings with Sales and Finance to develop strong action plans in an effort to reduce/eliminate customer deductions

4. Drive recommendations and solutions to resolve deduction related issues

5. Prepare and publish various management reporting to include A/R status, KPI’s and budget/trends

6. Drive/own process improvement solutions around efficiencies and workload

7. Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders in regards to outstanding deductions

8. Become the expert on applications specific to Deduction Resolution

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS  degree
  • 5 years business experience in related field
  • People management/leadership experience preferred
  • SAP systems knowledge a plus.
  • Strong excel and data analytics required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, proven ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and initiative
  • Continuous Improvement mindset with proven ability to improve processes and department efficiencies , strong organizational and analytical skills, and  willingness to travel
