What You Will Learn:


  • Manage agency briefs & agency project execution 
  • Review brand team briefs, determine needs and workflow (internal vs. external)
  • Develop team asset management system & ways of working for asset requests both urgent and non-urgent 
  • Collaborate with brand teams and provide ideas and visual solutions in brainstorming meetings 
  • Translate marketing and business needs into dynamic and innovative solutions that provide the best possible user experiences. 


  • Creating and maintaining cutting-edge visuals across digital and social platforms
  • Creating and designing engaging and effective design solutions that engage the consumer across various platforms. (Mobile, Desktop, Email, Social) 
  • Collaborating with the brand teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards. 
  • Follow brand’s style-guides to keep assets cohesive with marketing campaigns & brand image. 
  • Communicate ideas by means of wireframes and mockups in photoshop or other wireframing tools. 
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various platforms 
  • Maintain awareness of current and best-in-class industry and production practices, constantly staying up to date on graphic, ecommerce and design trends, social media, competitive landscape and resources. 
  • Ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned (photography retouching, expanding branding elements, etc.)
  • Illustration & animation skills are a plus


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field of study
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize, balance multiple projects, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to oversee all design projects from idealization to final execution.
  • Self-motivated
  • Understanding both the brand aesthetics/guidelines and Amazon modules
  • Ability to lead projects from conceptualization to execution
  • Be able to manage multiple projects and always meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Stay on top of current trends and enthusiasm for exploring and learning
  • Expert knowledge of typography, color, composition, and production


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to apply constructive feedback and accommodate design revisions promptly.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure design excellence across all marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business, social platforms, and beauty industry.
  • Amazon experience is a plus.
  • Art direction is a plus.

  • Salary Range$100,400-$143,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
