Section 2:  Job Summary

The Manager, eCommerce Digital Solutions will be responsible for the scheduling and production of multiple Luxe eCommerce websites and interactive marketing initiatives. These initiatives include website builds, optimizations, and implementation of new functionality, marketing animations and special projects. S/he will be responsible for the cross functional timeline, as well as planning, executing and evaluating digital solutions to meet brand defined needs. Candidate will manage external vendors for creative (UX), production and development, and partner with multiple internal digital teams, to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Section 3:  Job Requirements

BS/BA degree required. 

PMP certification a plus

Minimum of 5 years experience in production for eCommerce

Minimum of 5 years experience in directly managing vendors

Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Knowledge in constructing online marketing programs, and web content management systems

Highly organized with proven multi-tasking ability

Strong analytical mind with process orientation

Attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Experience with Demandware (or similar ecommerce platform) a plus

Strong experience in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Coremetrics, CrazyEgg, Adobe Omniture, etc.

Experience working with common design software tools a plus; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc).

Ability to recommend and implement solutions to usability problems required.

Ability to create functional spec documentation and/or graphic style guides as needed.

This role will require strong time and team management skills to maintain the quality of both our internal and external deliverables.  Manager will maintain constant collaboration with brand marketing teams to support their product animations and launches. Sound decision making and interpersonal skills are a necessity. This role will require intermittent supervision.

Project Management of site enhancement implementations and marketing animations. Maintain the process for feedback, proofing, corrections, signoff, and launch



Oversight of Web Development, Creative (UX) and Digital Production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to scope


Collaborate with Digital site leads to ensure all site enhancements required to support promotions are executed on time and on budget


Work closely with Content Management team to ensure merchandizing and promotions are in alignment with forecasting calendar


Conduct regular calendar reviews with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on priorities and schedule


Own E2E UAT process for all on site enhancements, refreshes and product launches


Develop project management best practices and socialize with internal and external partners


Provide project status visibility to division and brand teams
