Finance Manager - Indirect Purchasing

Reporting to the Head of Finance for Indirect Purchasing, this role is built on the following foundations:


Support Indirect Purchasing in identifying, collecting and analyzing spend evolution and savings opportunities


Track, validate and report Performance against goals


Help our stakeholders make educated decisions by providing clear, accurate and timely communications


Educate our partners on norms and internal controls


·         Assist Indirect Purchasing in developing and validating project baselines and business cases

·         Collect and analyze spend evolution / trends / budget from Finance partners (Brands, Corporate, Operations)

·         Track progress of projects and validate performance

·         Maintain Project Tracker and (3P) and provide ad-hoc analyses

·         Prepare and send monthly reporting on Use Value Savings

·         Maintain database of Rebates received.

·         Prepare and present Divisional quarterly reports to Key stakeholders and senior management

·         Support Indirect Purchasing Mancom/Domain heads on Quarterly MRMs

·         Educate Indirect Purchasing team on Finance/Internal Controls related topics

·         Support the team in preparing presentations to communicate projects and savings initiatives to senior management at Divisions, Corporate and Operations.


·         Finance partners for data collection and sharing information on projects

·         Central Indirect Purchasing Finance and Sourcing Excellence Team (DOMA) for relevant topics (tools, methodology…)

·         Member of Americas Operations Finance team

o   Share information

o   Participate in Zone / finance-wide projects

Bachelors degree in Finance or related field. Masters Degree/MBA preferred

5+ year’s experience

Strong technical/analytical skills coupled with the ability to effectively present and communicate business results to strategic audiences.
