A Day in the Life

At L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, we’re on a mission to help everyone achieve healthy, beautiful skin. As the Manager, Advocacy & PR for SkinCeuticals DMI, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s global influencer marketing and PR strategies. Reporting to the Director of Advocacy and Content, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to amplify SkinCeuticals’ voice across medical and consumer audiences.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Influencer Management & Partnerships

  • Assist in developing SkinCeuticals’ medical and consumer influencer strategy, identifying partnership opportunities, and onboarding new influencers.
  • Manage a portfolio of medical and consumer influencers, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring alignment with brand values.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and execution via IronClad.
  • Coordinate with influencer agencies and manage A-list gifting initiatives to ensure timely delivery and follow-up.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Support the development of creative briefs for influencer campaigns, ensuring content aligns with brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with influencers to guide content creation that reflects SkinCeuticals’ DNA.

Community Management

  • Lead the relationship with the community management agency and oversee Sprinklr to ensure quick and accurate brand responses on social platforms.
  • Develop and implement brand share-of-voice guidelines to maintain consistency.

Events & PR Support

  • Provide logistical support for medical congresses and influencer events, including venue research, vendor coordination, and on-site management in partnership with the events agency.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of PR kits to global markets.

Collaboration & Insights

  • Partner with marketing, education, and medical relations teams to ensure influencer content incorporates the latest claims and clinical studies.
  • Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Track and analyze influencer content performance via Traackr, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor social media conversations and trends (via Talkwalker and Spate) to identify opportunities, with a focus on medical trends.

We Are Looking For

You’re a great match for this role if you’re a highly organized, creative, and collaborative individual with a passion for skincare and a proven ability to manage influencer relationships and execute impactful campaigns.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in influencer marketing, public relations, or a related field, with a track record of executing successful campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape, social media platforms, and PR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
    • Experience with social listening tools like Traackr, Talkwalker, and Spate.
