This position creates the implementation of PR and influencer communication strategies for all Ralph Lauren Fragrances’ (RLF) products in more than 55 international markets.  Provide support to international PR partners and help them execute effective, results-driven communications programs to support RLF’s launch efforts and drive sales. Set PR guidelines and parameters and offers individual, tailored recommendations to our global PR partners. In addition, creates synergies between DMI, global markets and Ralph Lauren Corporate to achieve our collective goals. Collaborate with global partners to create in-market events that are seamlessly aligned with the RLF brand image.

5-7 years of PR/integrated marketing communications experience, with a deep emphasis on beauty, fashion, lifestyle categories and with demonstrated international expertise. The ideal candidate will have agency experience and strong relationships with globally recognized influencers, editors and advocates across men’s and women’s luxury lifestyle and beauty categories. Strategic thinking, impeccable organizational skills, a talent for process management and relationship building, plus solid creative writing, business writing and proofreading skills are absolutely essential. Highly process-oriented with an ability to create and implement processes for communication and interaction across global affiliate networks.  The candidate must have a personal capacity to communicate clearly, concisely, simply and systematically.  This role is accountable for building trusting partnerships and building a strong global communications strategy and network. The candidate must have the ability to work with and manage approvals and relationships with Ralph Lauren Corporate.



High-level decision-making skills are required. It is important that the candidate be able to display confidence in discerning the correct opportunities for the RLF brand and executing those opportunities flawlessly based on solid judgment and maturity.  Present opportunities to Ralph Lauren Corporate for approval. The ability to work cross functionally as a key strategic partner is imperative.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities PUBLIC RELATIONS & INFLUENCER MARKETING (1-4)

1.       Create annual global public relations influencer and communications strategies, plans, programs and budgets based on brand image, sales objectives and strategic business goals.



2.       Write, produce and distribute communications tools and guidelines for international markets to ensure brand consistency worldwide. Service global markets with PR materials and tools.



3.       Provide international PR representatives guidance and oversight in implementing PR strategies and programs in their respective markets. Liaise with international teams to create brand synergy at launch in appropriate markets.


4.       Identity and maintain third-party relationships with influencers, tastemakers and media that drive global communications strategy.
