The Department: The Market Intelligence Team (MI) with the CDMO Consumer Function plays a vital role in empowering data-driven decision making at L'Oréal. MI uses a wide variety of research techniques and tools to track and forecast the beauty landscape. As a business partner, the team leverages insights (data-based) pertaining to the consumer, shopper and market to aid in category go-to-market strategies for our divisions. We pride ourselves on our collaborative spirit, analytical rigor, and passion for the beauty industry.
Job Summary: L'Oréal is searching for a highly motivated, analytically driven, and collaborative individual to join our dynamic Market Measurement team. In this role, you will be a key partner to LUSA divisions and business product categories, providing critical insights and support through robust market analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The person will have the vision, structured thinking and business savvy to help syndicated data be implemented as a competitive advantage for the organization. Qualities to be possessed by the candidate include: able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a passion for beauty, and experience in the field of market research, particularly with syndicated data and systems.
