A second part of your responsibilities will be to make sure that the content received from Paris will be relevant for the local countries. However don’t think that you can’t be creative. This part of the role is indeed significant. You will contribute to the development of in-store materials, winning marketing mix or brainstorm on new ideas for amazing product launches. You will not only be part of a creative marketing team but you will also coordinate with other teams such as category management, logistics and various external agencies.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • To help and support the marketing team and take charge of some specific projects
  • To monitor planograms and in store merchandising together with your manager (incl. budget follow-up, link with suppliers and buying team and other departments)
  • To create, develop and implement merchandising solutions for point-of-sales (POS), make-up tester units, free access units, furniture and merchandising staging in POS
  • Communicate with internal departments, suppliers and distributors to coordinate the conception, production, delivery and installation of materials.
  • Monthly sell out analysis
  • Ad-hoc and daily coordination tasks

Your chances to get hired are high if …

  • You have graduated no longer than a year ago (it is actually compulsory) from your master degree within Marketing.
  • You are available to work full time as soon as possible and for 12 months.
  • Your CV shows your interest for marketing and how you contributed in this field.
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish. Another Nordic language spoken and written fluently would also be appreciated. 
  • Skilled in Excel and Powerpoint presentations
  • Experience with concrete products and FMCG industry will help your application to move forward.
