What You Will Learn:

Coordinate the Capital Expenses/Permanent Merchandizing across the CPD Brands  

Position Accountabilities:

  • Partner with brand finance, shared services Finance, commercial finance and wall strategy teams to centralize the capital planning process.
  • Maintain full year capital and expenses by brand and customer
  • Coordinate reporting for trends and budgets 
  • Document opportunities and risks to overall program plans
  • Perform ROI analysis and recommend size/scope of programs for new walls, update kits, strategic initiatives, etc  
  • Present to head of divisional finance on each trend
  • Standardize reporting & processes across brands/accounts
  • Manage PO process from a Finance standpoint
  • Analyze post-installation KPIs.  Compare to forecast and share learnings with division (commercial, brand, HQ, etc) 
  • Lead ad-hoc financial strategic projects 

Education/Experience: 

  • 5+ years of experience in finance preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required. 
  • Consumer products industry experience preferred.  

 Skills:

  • Strong computer skills required; must have high level of experience with Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Financial reporting experience and use of SAP, Hyperion, Oracle or similar systems highly desirable.
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, business acumen, leadership skills, oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $98,400 - $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
