This is an HR Business partner role responsible for engaging leaders to implement HR strategies to positively impact business goals, supporting L’Oreal’s Shared Services Organization for Accounting and Accounts Payable. The position also provides transversal support to other corporate functions Tax, Treasury, and Finance to attract, recruit, develop, train, motivate and engage people while aligning with the overall business strategy. In close partnership with VP – HR, support transversal Finance Talent Development.
Recruitment – Partner with Talent Acquisition team to fill open exempt level positions and independently manage non-exempt/intern recruitment.
Performance Management – Actively involved in performance management strategies to optimize work force and ensue that the site is staffed with talent with the right skills and competencies to achieve the business objectives.
Employee development – Support career development by building relationships, providing counsel and identifying training opportunities for client group and offer opportunities for personal and professional growth. Identify employee training gaps and implement training and development plans for Function.
HR policies and programs - Interpret, apply and monitor HR policy and program opportunities to support line operations, and assure compliance.
Employee relations - Champion work environment vision through relationships with employees, provide advice and coaching to employees and managers on various employee relations matters. Facilitate employee events to promote engagement.
Metrics/Data – Responsible for ensuring up to date metrics including; turnover, retention, recruitment, utilizing CAROL, PRISM, and Business Objects etc and maintaining dashboards as needed. Responsible for PRISM workflows, on boarding, off boarding etc. Responsible for CAROL Talent Builder data management.
Retention strategies - Analyze internal and external data to make recommendations on retention strategies and implement programs to enhance retention
Total rewards compensation management - Work with Total Rewards to evaluate employee pay levels; support base pay recommendations consistent with policy guidelines.
· 4-year degree in HR Management or related field required
· Minimum 5+ years’ experience in HR or a related field
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to partner and influence all levels of the organization
· Keen attention to detail
· Recruitment experience
. Experience in a shared service or supporting accounting/finance functions is a plus
