What will you do?

L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (December/January 2025 – 11 July 2025) designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment.

There are two tracks available, (1) Marketing and (2) Digital Marketing.

As our Marketing Intern, you will

  • Take charge of content creation, social media idea generation, agency briefing, and event coordination for brands
  • Coordinate and support go-to-market activations
  • Conduct market research, develop retail initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily market requests
  • Aid in campaign creation, managing video production (if needed), followed by post-campaign reporting and analysis

As our Digital Marketing Intern, you will

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support operations across social, and digital campaigns
  • Engage with media agencies for the procurement and tracking of digital asset deliverables
  • Manage day-to-day operations involving the curation, cataloging, organization, and distribution of digital assets and product data in Digital Assets Management and Product Information Management systems
  • Compile and share monthly reports on Influence & Advocacy performance, support data acquisition and activation efforts
  • Track sales performance, liaise with markets for feedback, analyze eCommerce performance, and assist in regional projects and campaigns with eCommerce partners.

Who are we looking for?

  • University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
  • Background in Business/ Marketing / Communication
  • Strong in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data, visualization) and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Canva or editing software is advantageous 
  • Passionate in joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus
