What will you do?

L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (July 2024 – 10 Jan 2025) designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment.

 

As our Marketing Intern, you will asist Marketing Manager in Key operational functions for Maybelline NY in SAPMENA:

  1. Product Artworks
  2. Supply and MSL coordination
  3. Market Data analysis 
  4. Consumer insights generation
  5. Assisting on 3Y growth plan – scouting market and consumer trends
  6. Working closely with markets to collect and share info (launch, media plans, sizing)
  7. Working closely with DMI for all operational coordination
  8. Pricing analysis 
  9. Reporting – monthly performance report 

 

Who are we looking for?

  • University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Singapore
  • Background in Business/ Marketing / Communications/ Data/ Analytics
  • Strong in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (PIVOT table, vlookup, visualization) and PowerPoint
  • Strong in analytics, stakeholder management, and pro-active in communication
  • Passionate in joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus
