Strategic Contribution:
? Responsible for business planning and execution of brand programs on E-commerce platform to meet the annual sales and market share targets.
? Create E-Commerce activation strategy for category.

Operational Responsibilities:
? Responsible to develop and execute annual brand calendar for E-commerce sites of hero products and new launches.
? Responsible to develop brand properties and content on ecommerce sites.
? Responsible to ensure right presence on brands across top SKUs to ensure discoverability, build customer experience through brand stores and product page details along with compelling reasons to drive purchase.
? Roll out the Brand’s digital activity and ensure its consistency with the brand sense of purpose and alignment across brand online campaigns, SM, brand websites, direct to consumer website & E-retail and content management.
? Develop and drive the best principles of merchandising for the brand on E-commerce sites.
? Responsible to liaise with product manager/group product manager to ensure to get best in class creative content & completely oversee all conversion campaigns from brief to output to execution.
? Own the Search (SEM/SEO) implementation.

Business Development:
? Place consumer insights at the heart of the marketing to improve online consumer journey/path to purchase and develop new initiatives to drive online purchases and consumer experience.
? Propose E-Commerce opportunities to increase business sales.
? Responsible to monitor KPIs and goals for top makeup e-tailers & for business developments; scoping out opportunities for growth, key initiatives to leverage category growth and gain market share at top e-tailers.

Reporting & Recommendations:
? Manage online consumer profile generation: e-retailer data/ websites/ google analytics.
? Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
? Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
? Regularly share market insights with senior management.
? End-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Relationship Management
? Manage the relationship with Digital agencies.
? Responsible for building a formidable relationship to drive agreed business growth and brand activation with top makeup e-tailers contributing 90% of the business.
