As part of L’Oréal’s luxury division, you will work in Lancôme’s international digital team. You will be joining the global e-commerce team responsible for managing and developing this channel for the brand.
Assist the team in developing the best shopping experience on our branded websites and across all brand e-commerce channels (e-retail, pure players, social commerce) targeting best-in-class UX experience and excellence in content execution.
Brand catalogue owner: the candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of our e-commerce product catalogue, including product page creation, coordination with marketing teams for packshot creation, delivery to countries.
E-merchandising: the candidate will be responsible for e-merchandising our global website in line with brand guidelines, SEO strategy and global animation calendar.
Editorial content (SEO): the candidate will be responsible for editorial content roadmap & delivery to countries as part of our global SEO strategy.
E-business animations: the candidate will assist the e-commerce project managers in the creation and delivery of global e-commerce animations (for ex. Black Friday Cyber Monday).
Other tasks will include:
Assist the team on upskilling the marketing & retail teams on e-commerce.
Ensure regular benchmark of e-commerce best practices across all sectors with monthly reporting
Assist the team on shoots organization
Very good project management skills (capable of managing several complex projects at the same time, involving multiple teams), detail-oriented and fluent in English. Good knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem and strategies for B2C brands. Basic Photoshop and image editing skills + experience of Salesforce B2C environment are a plus.
