Facilitate the portfolio management process such as; preparation for quarterly Global / APAC prioritization committee, Appropriation Requests, monthly project status review, supporting mainly to APAC IT project managers
Conduct APAC regional IT portfolio analysis to APAC IT management, with understanding Global/APAC IT directions, gathering project information & data
Develop the suggestion & proposals for APAC IT management’s decision-making, leveraging APAC regional IT portfolio analysis.
Report on any risks identified found through portfolio management process and support APAC IT management for the risk mitigation.
Understand and utilize ServiceNOW PPM module and reporting function for portfolio management activities. Also, educate and support APAC IT colleagues for their usage of ServiceNOW PPM module and reporting function.
Closely collaborate with Global IT, APAC regional IT and country IT to deliver the above activities/tasks/outcomes
