Key job accountabilities:

  • Coordinating Management Board Secretariat;
  • Managing one person – Management Board Assistant;
  • Organization of visits, travels, expenses reports and meetings with internal /external partners  and providers;
  • Managing calendar of Country General Manager;
  • Setting up the meeting’s agenda – coordination of Routine Meetings (12 months advance);
  • Preparing presentations, translations, documents and minutes;
  • Leading and developing share point agenda and follow-up on the projects;
  • Managing the assigned independent projects;
  • Ensuring effective communication – managing correspondence;
  • Supporting PR in internal and external company events.

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven experience in Executive Assistant role in dynamic environment (3-5 years);
  • Extremely strong operational, organizational & multi-tasking skills;
  • Initiative, business knowledge and experience, solution driven;
  • Leadership, influencing and execution abilities;
  • Strong networking and communication skills;
  • Dynamic, quick- thinker;
  • Dedicated and committed;
  • Flexible regarding urgent requests and cases;
  • Confidential;
  • Creativity, out of box thinking;
  • Fluent English, French would be an asset.
