Key job accountabilities:


·Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management
·Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue
·Propose and monitor marketing mix  strategies to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
·Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale)
·Mobilize and work with other departments (sales, logistics etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines
·Make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)

Required Skills and Abilities:

·2 - 3 years experience in product management in FMCG/pharma company
·Knowledge of local retail dynamics and environment
·Knowledge of competitors, markets trends and consumers
·Expertise of consumers insights, research and market data analysis
·Financial and media planning knowledge
·Ability to adapt advertising creative material also in digital environment
·Strong communication, analytical and networking skills
·Sense of beauty and creativity, innovation
·Flexible, self-motivated, decision-maker, result and business oriented
·Fluent Polish and English
