We expect that you succeed in:

  • Being responsible for strengthen Kerastase brand position,
  • Implementing new launches with total support,
  • Taking over control on brand’s marketing promo plan,
  • Portfolio management: maintain growth in pillar products, animate core catalogue, analysis of portfolio to secure stable growth,
  • Mobilizing and work with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines,
  • Close cooperation with education and sales team to prepare best execution of new launches and commercial offers,
  • Adapting communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale),
  • Making recommendations to management on brand plans based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
  • Proposing and monitor marketing mix strategies to build professional, luxury brand experience

You’re the perfect match, if:

You have at least 2 years of experience as Junior Product Manager / Product Manager within FMCG brands, where power brands are part of your everyday work - experience haircare category or luxury brand would be an asset. You have a master degree in Marketing and understand the dynamics of the commercial work in a big international company. Furthermore, you:

  • Have passion and sense of beauty; understanding of premium brands and professional product market,
  • Have ability to create, design & execute marketing plans & campaigns,
  • Are analytical and technical skills to ensure decisions are well founded,
  • Have knowledge of competitors, markets trends and consumers,
  • Have  expertise of consumers insights, research and market data analysis,
  • Are strong communication, analytical and networking skills,
  • Are flexible, self-motivated, decision-maker, result and business oriented,
  • Are open-mind, creativity, innovation & attention to detail,
  • Are Fluent in English, French as an asset
