Replacement Contract

We expect that you succeed in:

  • Determining sales targets and monitor the achievement of objectives, ensuring the achievement of sales turnover;
  • Recruiting, developing and managing team. Ensuring development of sales expertise and know-how;
  • Coaching the sales team in the field;
  • Ensuring a perfect link between field force and headquarters in order to implement distribution and sales strategy of the brands;
  • Developing strong relationships and managing major clients;
  • Informing management about any relevant field news (competition initiatives, distribution).

You’re the perfect match, if you:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in the sales environment with a minimum of 3 years in sales team management;
  • Have experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical industry will be an asset
  • Have understanding of brand equity & marketing strategy;
  • Have good knowledge of market & channel specifics;
  • Have strong analytical skills;
  • Have ability to manage complexity;
  • Have influencing and negotiating skills;
  • Have strong communication and networking skills;
  • Have flexibility, desire to learn, strong self-motivation;
  • Have communicative English.
