We expect that you succeed to:

Plan, develop, design and manage social interactions and communication across Brands digital channels to increase brand awareness and strengthen brand image.

Define and Enhance the Brand Social presence

  • Keep up to date on social media trends and best practices educating internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) & Social Media Marketing campaigns across social media platforms according to Marketing Trade Plan
  • In collaboration with Marketing create and present of Social Media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns based on customer social media analytical data
  • In accordance with the Brand’s image elevate social media presence on Facebook and Instagram

Define and implement the communication strategy

  • Promote brand launches and events internally
  • Build and implement social communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy
  • Prepare yearly, monthly and daily communication plan based on product launches, events and key moments
  • Manage social media and classical media relations
  • Initiate and maintain relations with all the relevant social media influencers and classical media role players
  • Manage internal communication for the Brand
  • Promote brand launches and events internally

Interact with consumers

  • Initiate and coordinate PR events in collaboration with marketing
  • Manage interaction with consumers in social media channels using social 
  • Contact person of the brand on forums and social media: news, advice, sales assistance, etc
  • Participate in the development of real-time marketing content based on monitoring social media, flagging opportunities, and formulating plans with internal and external stakeholders

Plan and manage the brand online social activity

  • Manage the Social and Community component of digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor, maintain and strengthen consistent online brand identity
  • Utilize and adopt international materials according to market needs and communication strategy
  • Work cross-functionally to develop appropriate content, if required

Provide internal stakeholders with detailed feedbacks

  • Analyze and report on social community trending (pre and post) promotional launches to key internal stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
  • Produce social media listening and engagement reports for internal and external teams to fuel insight development
  • Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, operational reports that lead to optimization and efficiency in performance

You’re the perfect match if:

You have 3+ years of experience in social media, PR or communication management within fast-paced companies. You have passion for understanding the needs of consumer; ability to interpret them and propose creative and effective communication to meet these needs, but also:

·         Have proven track of generating buzz and publicity

·         Great proficiency in social media, digital landscape

·         Managed or worked in/closely with PR and event agencies

·         Strong planning, project management and communication skills

·         Networking and well connected with local influencers

·         Preferred – familiar with SPRINKLR and Tracker or equivalent tools

·         Consumer centric approach

·         Fluency in English

·         Have passion for beauty and natural curiosity for skin care and make-up
