Then you must be the trade marketing star that we are looking for – Trade Marketing Specialist for Professional Products Division who will take care of our trade marketing activities!

 We expect that you succeed to/in:

To implement and track trade marketing programs for customers with commercial, marketing & education teams designed to increase sales and brand/category presence and drive loyalty.

  • Carry out specific trade marketing & loyalty programs, respecting company commercial policies, brand strategy and brand equity 
  • Participate in creation & execution of trade promo plan
  • Monitor and improve processes to better link marketing and commercial activities
  • Manage budget and ROI for Trade Marketing activities
  • Manage and expand existing retention of loyalty program by identifying areas of improvement and defining a new engagement strategies with a focus on increasing lifetime value through marketing/retention best-practices.
  • Build and lead the strategic evolution of the loyalty program through strong value proposition that drives loyalty and creates incremental sales
  • Deliver on program goals, including acquisition, development, and retention
  • Manage reporting and continuous improvement .
  • Manage brand in-salon visibility
  • Work closely with digital, sales & education teams to prepare & execute efficient conquest strategy 
  • Close cooperation with Distributors and Sales Reps to ensure category development

 You’re the perfect match if:

You have at least 1-2 years of experience as Trade Marketing Professional within competitive, dynamic industries, where power brands are part of your everyday work. Furthermore, you have:

  • Trade Marketing and/or loyalty program management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Ability to build strong relations with key stakeholders- distributors, sales reps, educators, customers
  • Analytical skills 
  • Proficiency in new media
