PRODUCT MANAGER (m/f)
Based in Zagreb
Implementation of new launches, maintaining growth in pillar products and actively managing current franchises (in areas of advertising, logistics, POS, following sales results, consumer insights, profitability and budget etc.)
Collecting and analyzing consumer and market insights and competition strategies in order to improve and challenge current brand strategy
Effectively working with other departments (sales, logistics, stock management, training and medical, supply) and partner agencies to execute launches, projects, ideas and build broader business strategy
Development and execution of integrated 360 marketing campaigns (important parts is connecting medical and advertising part: using medical LRP expertise and transferring it to efficient advertising campaigns and marketing communication.
Coordination of media and production agency (clear vision about media campaigns, briefing, post campaign analysis etc.)
Creating, developing and adapting communication material (digital, point of sale)
Proposing and monitoring marketing mix strategies to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
Making recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market, and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
Regular analysis of market, competition, market shares, sales, projection of future trends
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:
Approximately 2 years of previous work experience on a similar position
University Degree (preferably in business)
Responsible and organized person, hard-working attitude
Energetic with good communication (and presentation) skills
Ability to think strategic and see the broader picture
Flexibile, self-motivated and result/business oriented
Ability to understand specific medical business model
Good marketing background, sense for beauty, creativity and innovation
Open-minded, proven team player
Good analytical skills and ability to regularly solve operational tasks
Ability to adapt and work in fast paced environment
Experience in briefing and working with BTL and digital agencies
Active and advanced use of MS Office
Native Croatian, fluency in English
