2. Main responsibilities, deliverables and contribution of this job to L’Oréal VN
To define the local brand strategy in the local market in line with the international brand positioning, contribution to the growth by driving new product launches and key pillar products.
Oversee and guide brand development, manage portfolio priorities
Listen to and develop a deep understanding of local consumers and generate new insights for strategic marketing activities plan.
Monitor local trends and feedback findings to Zones/ DMIs to ensure new products launch/ development are successful.
Propose and monitor MKT mix strategies (IMC/ 360/ Digital/Retail) to build integrated/engaged consumer’s brand experiences
Lead local adaptation of advertising materials; influence media and promotion recommendations
Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (ex. Sales/logistic/retail / education/ finance…) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy and realistic execution.
Manage business driver efficiency: right mix of A&P to drive sales
Key ownership of the forecast process
Effective prepare clear message/structure presentation for the senior management level
Recruit, develop and manage subordinate. Ensure development of expertise, professionalism and know-how in marketing team.
