1. Work Relationship:

  • Internal:  Retail & Education, Supply Chain (CS & DP), Corporate Communication, Business Controller, Retail Operations, Scientific team

  • External:  Marketing agencies, Production vendors, etc.  

2. Main responsibilities, deliverables and contribution of this job to L’Oréal VN

  • To define the local brand strategy in the local market in line with the international brand positioning, contribution to the growth by driving new product launches and key pillar products.

  • Oversee and guide brand development, manage portfolio priorities

  • Listen to and develop a deep understanding of local consumers and generate new insights for strategic marketing activities plan.

  • Monitor local trends and feedback findings to Zones/ DMIs to ensure new products launch/ development are successful.

  • Propose and monitor MKT mix strategies (IMC/ 360/ Digital/Retail) to build integrated/engaged consumer’s brand experiences

  • Lead local adaptation of advertising materials; influence media and promotion recommendations

  • Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (ex. Sales/logistic/retail / education/ finance…) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy and realistic execution.

  • Manage business driver efficiency: right mix of A&P to drive sales

  • Key ownership of the forecast process

  • Effective prepare clear message/structure presentation for the senior management level

  • Recruit, develop and manage subordinate. Ensure development of expertise, professionalism and know-how in marketing team.
