We are looking for Sales Professionals who will be meeting and planning sales budgets, managing processes and have strong market knowledge who will be working for L'Oreal through our distributor in Riyadh.

  1. Insures annul Volume and Value growth
  2. Implements marketing strategies
  3. Insures brands images by implementing marketing and merchandising plans
  4. Analyzes Region/Channels/Categories/brands/clients performances (trends and results)
  5. Establishes sales objectives, forecasting and developing sales by channel of distribution
  6. Coaches field sales team and develops skills
  7. Selects appropriate candidates and recruits prospective staff to fill vacancies within the regional organization
  8. Close follow up and regular business review with top accounts

  10. Maintains smooth relationship and proper communication with other supportive departments
  11. Communicates trends changes, economic indicators, and competitors activities within the region
  12. Monitors market demands and report opportunities and threats
  13. Assigns responsibilities within the team
  14. Sets collection objectives and make sure team covers accounts’ reconciliation
  15. scheduling and assigning employees
  16. Maintains self and team professional and technical knowledge.
  17. Contributes to National team efforts, plan and strategies.

Essential Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years experience in the sales management.
  2. Fluent in English & Arabic.
  3. Saudi Experience is a Must.
