What are key highlights of this role?

The role of Retail Design Executive is to report into Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Director for the Luxe Division.  The role is to provide organisational and financial support to the retail design team. As the retail design Exec, you will be a key player in setting up processes to establish an efficient and productive design team.

 

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders with SAP system
  • Create Asset number
  • Liaise with finance to meet all capex requirements and reach depreciation goals
  • Track assets requests
  • Order place of sales materials to international head office
  • Grids forecasting support and tracking/tracking stock levels
  • Update trackers of master plans
  • Administrative support, win shuttle and stock management
  • Follow up on deliveries
  • Organisation of team meetings and support for team
  • Maintenance trackers
