As the Retail Operations Director you’ll be the collaborator between our 4 divisions to share knowledge and best practice in order to drive transformative actions for our brands across all retail platforms. You truly are the voice of the stores and the consumers!

You’ll be energetic and proactive, leading by example and inspiring retail colleagues to achieve key performance indicators, including sales, service, cost and shrinkage targets. By nurturing a strong ‘trading instinct’ and advocating new initiatives you’ll be able to support profitable sales growth for the business. You’ll do this at the same time as maintaining performance consistency and operational standards across the estate. To achieve our bold ambitions we need you to engender a culture of continuous improvement and be focused on enhancing in-store customer experience, in our pursuit to attract new shoppers to the brands.

All of this can only happen with solid foundations; operational efficiencies through appropriate process, systems and communication improvements and the project management of new store / counter openings and refurbishments will be your forté.
