Responsibilities;

Mission : To Develop the business within the responsible region to achieve retail targets – To allocate sales target within region and to Drive sales growth with his/her managerial team (Account executives, Store managers) and front line other team (BA – trainers)

-       Strategic

·         Plan and Implement channel / sales strategies in line with company’s strategy

·         Decide to prioritizes according to short/mid/long term business plan

·         Improve operational procedures to ensure the channel management is efficient

-       Business analysis:

·         Identifies and react on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities in the region

·         Monitor and analyze sales performance in a weekly/monthly basis and provide with action plans to improve productivity to team

·         Ensures resources allocated are maximized and budget respected

·         Negotiates with retailers field managers about the best opportunities for our brands (for retailers)

·         Drives & Follows up on CRM data base

-       Store/People Management:

·         Recruits, manages, develops and retains his/her direct team (account executive, store & counter managers) on operational excellence and business performance

·         Follows and Drives actions on Mystery shopper/ NPS results

·         Leads by example in service and sales

·         Oversees BA and Store Managers population, coaching, educating motivating teams

·         Monitors BA turn-over rate

-       Others:

·         Works closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, PR, digital, to define the best 360º strategy for the retailer 

·         Ensures operational excellence

·         Best implement of brand DNA and expression in the point of sales 

·         When in store RBM coaches and develops teams by selling side by side with teams, while seeking ways to grow each of their business doors


Qualifications:

-       Bachelor’s degree or above

-       8 + years of experience in retail sales (flagship / department store / duty free - 2 more mixed channel experience preferred) with great results

-       Multi cosmetics or fashion brands experience preferred

-       Mandatory experience in dealing with buyer/retailers of HQ

-       Strong interpersonal skill and people management skill
