Key Job Accountabilities

  • Improve service to customer through increased On-shelf availability and stock quality at Point of Sales (POS) in cost effective manner
  • Ensure proper operation process are communicated to and followed by business counterparts for smooth daily operations
  • Manage POS replenishment with close collaborations with business counterparts and operations to facilitate effective supply chain fulfilment
  • Evaluate Supply Chain performance at POS through regular field visits and KPI monitoring
  • Lead various operations improvement project in responsible areas

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering, logistics/supply chain management or related disciplines
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics/supply operations, order handling and stock management within FMCG/MNC corporations is preferred 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge in Excel, V-Lookup, Pivot table 
  • Sensitive to numbers, analytical with good problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented, proactive and a self-starter
  • Experience with SAP / ERP system will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
