  •       Own and manage the Trade Investment (ROI) pre & post campaign results implemented by the Commercial Team on big activity monthly, quarterly & yearly. Develop a reporting system to feedback to the Commercial Team to provide better visibility.
  •        Develop sales promotion plan/grid with Commercial and Brand Teams in line with overall business strategy objective based on customer, channel and understanding of competitive environment.
  •        Ensure efficient implementation & evaluation of POS elements based on shopper purchase behaviour i.e. picture of success (hotspots instore) and merchandising guidelines in alignment with the sales team (quantities and timelines)
  • Responsible to conduct market visits in the country across all channels focusing on POP drivers, competitor activities. Based on shopper observations and BA feedback to support the collection, organisation and communication of competitive information via b/sheet, Price Check, store visits & SILO, AC Nielsen.

 

  • Work with Commercial Team in the development and launch of NPD; link with Marketing Team and KAMS to develop product launch package i.e. samples, trade presenter; implement pre & post launch tracking by customer and channel.

 

  • Work with CATMAN/Brand Team to analyse distribution opportunities and gaps by customer/channel and recommend action plans when needed to improve core range and planno’s. 

 

  • Support the Commercial Team with developing customer category reviews with CATMAN Team using analytical tools and skills (AC Nielsen, Qlikview, SPAR & PnP Insights, Shoprite B2B reports).

 

  • Handle special projects as assigned by Commercial Team
