We expect that you succeed in:

  • Executing Matrix education strategy; 

  • Implementing global training programs for hairdressers and other key stakeholders;

  • Participating in development of new training actions to train clients (as well as internal staff) on brand-related products and services;

  • Developing Matrix education community (educators, freelancers, pro-influencers);

  • Contributing to development of Matrix hair coloration & haircare category in salons;

  • Building education training merits & schedules;

  • Participating in budget management for Matrix in line with business strategy;

  • Close cooperation with key stakeholders- Distributors, Sales Reps, Educators etc;

  • Social Media – contributing to “education marketing” on Facebook to leverage education as a key asset for the brand;

  • Impersonating and transmitting the values of the brand (inclusive, collaborative, authentic, uncomplicated, expressive) to the distribution.

You’re the perfect match if you:

  • Have marketing/education experience in Beauty Industry: 2-3 years (experience in hairdressing business would be an advantage);

  • Have strong communication skills – Polish/ English;

  • Have excellent organizational skills;

  • Are passionate about beauty industry;

  • Are able to build strong relations with customers;

  • Are able to execute strategies, education merits & schedules;

  • Have analytical skills;

  • Have creativity- the ability to “think out of the box” and imagine creative solutions;

  • Are proficient in social media;

  • Have MS Office proficiency;

  • Have driving License cat. B.
